Ran windows updates - there were a bunch of 
updates for microsoft office.  When I restarted, 
everything launched successfully.

When he tries to open Word, it says "bad image". 
It doesn't load anything after that. Excel does
the same thing. And when he tries to get on
Outlook, it looks normal but nothing is running. 
He has tried restarting his computer and still
same error.

He is gone most the day but Amy Rizzo in 218 can
help if he isn't there.  She can log onto his
computer if need be.
