but one of her office mates okay'ed for me to drop

Dell Support (Alex Nuttal - 503.358.6274) 
   He took the LCD out and reseated the loose LCD
cable.  He also put a bit of masking tape to help
stabilize it a bit.  It appears to work now.

The laptop monitor is not displaying.  Only works
with external monitors/docking station.  This is a
recurrent problem (see wou # docs).  Brought back
laptop for troubleshooting/Dell warranty.  She did
not want a loaner and needs her computer for her
conference next Wednesday.

She is having problems going from external monitor
to the laptop monitor after she unplugs.  It works
fine when she is plugged into the the external
monitor but when she tries to leave, the laptop
monitor doesn't work at all.

She also has iPhone problems connecting to the
wou-secure.  It says it cannot be mapped when she
tries to connect.

She is in all day today.
