Jenny mentioned she is still getting some 
problems with printing a 17-by-11 inch print-
outs. But would only print correctly if the 
margins are set to 100% margin(portrait).We 
need to check with the drivers for the Epson 
Printer(Epson Stylus Pro 3880) used .Because, 
this is an isolated problem.

Had a meeting with Jen. We tried to replicate 
the issues she was having with the computers at 
the lab.She mentioned the specific size of 17-
by-11
setting was giving some problems.But, at the 
moment it is fine. This problem may have to do 
with the LAN lay-out in the Lab.I'll keep 
monitoring the lab till Friday this week for 
any more problems.Also,Adobe Illustrator is 
working fine. 

Regarding the printer issue on task 4: I need more information on 
the exact error message whenever they try to print a letter-size 
chunk of the design . I did a test print on the machine wou# : 
20110418 and #20110419 and had no issues.

The illustrator on wou#: 20110420 looks fine.

Still needs 3) and 4) looked at (see below)

The room now has a class.  I forgot to ask how
long, but it should be the only one.

Hello -
We are having some strange new issues arise in
computer lab ITC210:

1) most or all of the computers no longer have a
'Switch User' option when someone has forgotten to
log out. This requires us to shut down the system
manually and wait a bit and restart.

2) some keyboards are malfunctioning, with random
letters or whole rows of letters not working ¿
specifically the keyboard at station #20110420
(back corner furthest from door) and keyboard #
20110434 (now up on instructor's station)

3) Illustrator CC often will not open or if it
does acts very slow and crashes on station - #20110417

4) some stations will not honor the paper size
settings when printing to inkjet printers,
specifically printing a letter-size chunk of the
design even when all settings are set to a larger
sheet - #20110436 / #20110418 / #20110419 / #20110422
