I was able to get hold of the user. She informed
me that the problem have been resolve and able to
access her network drive.

She called in stating that when she clicks on her
"H" Drive it tells her that its unavailable. She
has her documents she needs for class on her and
would like someone to come take a look at it
before 2 so she can be ready for her class.
