met with Andrea and was able to help her get the hang of using the 
ipad and also with just getting the right things installed on that and 
her office computer (drop box, google drive, chrome, I: drive, and 
VM ware).

The spoke with a lady notify her about the issue we have with 
iOS devices and Google apps single sign-on. Both of us were 
short on time so I let her know I would come in and sit down 
with her on Wednesday after 130 to help her with any other 
questions she had with the iOS device

Andrea called back and said what she is actually
needing you to do is set up the new advising Ipad
so that they can use the ed_ugadvising login 

Also they're having issue with the Google drive on
the Ipad and were hoping you could help them
figure out that too

She wants the computer to work with the account
"ed_ugadvising@wou.edu" instead of her personal
account because other people in the office are
using the computer as well.
