Re-image the machine and did the necessary setup.
Install synergy editor software. Machine just fine.

Check with Benjamin this morning and help him
backup his files to an external hard drive. Never
had sufficient time to re-image the machine due to
my class. Promise to do that tomorrow morning.

Check with Benjamin this morning and realize that
some of the system files on his system could be 
corrupt causing Synergy Editor to malfunction on
his machine. I asked him to back up his files save
locally before re-imaging the computer. We set an
appointment to meet on Monday Morning.

I was able to get hold of Benjamin and help him
look at the problem with his Synergy editor
Software. He inform me that over the past it have
work just fine for him until recently. I tried
figuring out the problem but could not complete
troubleshooting due to my class. Promise to check
back when he's available.

When I open my documents folder I get a message
"Some Library features
are unavailable due to unsupported library locations."

I don't see my "Synergy Editor" Folder and after
talking to the
support team at synergy they are saying this is
why synergy will not
work properly for me and that IT here will have to
work on this issue.

He was trying to access documents for video system
used by the basketball system. When he tries to
access the documents it says that some library
features are unavailable due to unsupported library.
