Checked in with him this morning.  Seems to be
cleared up, but he didn't work with it much. 
He'll let us know if it comes up again.

He can use Illustrator, but it has a terrible
response time, usually switching windows or
intermittently.  He hasn't run Windows updates in
a while, completed those.  Tried multiple changes
as suggested in forums, none if it helped.  Got
the install disk from Tricia and reinstalled the
whole CS6 suite.  Will stop by tomorrow morning.

He leaves at 330.

When he tries to use Illustrator, it will freeze
up and then start working and then freeze again. 
Also, when he tries to open Windows Explorer, it
keeps crashing.  He has tried restarting and still
having same issues.

He is open 1-3 today.
