Babatunde Idahor	Feb 20, 2015 02:09 PM	The problem was with the ink block(Cyan).It was damaged on the side.Had to manually remove the ink block from the ink-loader to get it to work.Error message is gone now and the printer is fine.	Add Attachment

Ryan Ripp	Feb 20, 2015 01:13 PM	**This is an email** The printer in the lounge, #20120892, is having a problem recognizing its ink. It repeatedly asks the user to open and close door C. After doing that, it's good for a few seconds, and then flashes red again and requests the same. The ink looks fine and the tension straps appear to be doing their job, too.
