When I got there, the toner cartridge and tray 2
was out of the printer on the desk.  The paper was
jammed in the inner roller. Removed it and brought
it to Megan, who took care of the jam.  Put
everything back together and printed a config
page.  Everything looks good.  I let Tina know and
advised her to call us when printer pieces needed
to be taken apart.

The printer in the Academic Advising office (APSC
401) and decided to "eat paper" - it has a major
paper jam with the paper stuck inside and I am not
able to get it out. The first time the paper
jammed I was able to open the back and pull it out
that way. This time, it will not pull out either
way. I can see it inside but it will not come out
from the front or the back.

The printer WOU number is 20090481[Edit Inv]. This is an
urgent request as we only have one printer here in
our office.
