Ruby Tidwell	Feb 24, 2015 12:01 PM	Printer appeared to be installed, but could not be printed to, and an error message showed when attempted "Printer is not installed" It did not allow me to uninstall normally, but I removed the driver with print management and services. Reinstalled driver and test printed successfully from my account and from hers.	Add Attachment

Ryan Ripp	Feb 24, 2015 10:59 AM	Ashlee called again saying that their reception area is having printing problems along the same line. They are only able to print schedules, nothing else. The same error that is on Ashlees' computer is not popping up on the receptions computer.	Add Attachment
Ryan Ripp	Feb 24, 2015 10:27 AM	Ashlee is having some computing issues; whenever she attempts to print the error "Printer is not installed" pops up. She has tried manually re-entering the printer name to no avail. Her co-workers can print on the machine without issue. The printer WOU# is "990419".	Add Attachment
