Met with mag and after looking at the computer it seems like 
there is nothing wrong with the OS but whenever she tries to 
turn on the computer after it has been shut off it takes multiple 
time for the computer to start up. When you try to turn it on the 
blue power light comes on but shuts off immediately. 

I ran a diagnostic test which passed

I ran a startup repair which didn't return with any issues 

The last step I did was run a gpupdate.

I let her know if she has any problems call us and we can 
come check up on it.

When she comes in to turn on her computer, she
holds down the button and the screen goes blue and
nothing happens so she pushes the button a couple
more times for it to react and will get to the
ctrl-alt-delete page.  This morning when she tried
to push these buttons, nothing happened.  She
tried unplugging her keyboard and still not working.
