Went there and tried both the machines and seems like 
everything is working fine.  I told her if she has any problem 
she can give us call back.

regarding a service request that we

I confirmed with our printer guru that 
it sounds like someone is trying to 
print with a wrong print driver. If you 
or your department can help us figure 
out exactly when these print jobs come 
through, we can narrow down the 
possible computer/user.

The printer will get random print jobs that are
about 50pages long and have gibberish on them. 
Sometimes the pages are blank.  It happens every
couple days.
