Nick Moore	Mar 02, 2015 12:55 PM	I met with Linda to resove the problems she is having with her email accounts. I was able to get all of her accounts connected to her office computer but was unable to resolve the issue she was having with one of her mac book air computers. the issue with the computer is that she is unable to send emails on that computer using her mail.wou.edu account, she is revicing emails like normal though. I checked the settings and nothing seemed out of the ordinary compared to the other mac she had that was working fine.	Add Attachment

She would also like to have her email account synced to her computer and also her phone. She also noted that the battery for the mouse on her computer is getting low and she would like a replacement battery if possible.
