His adapter wasn't responding.  I tried a 
different one that worked just fine.

He called in stating that he a lop top that has a
monitor that connects to in his office so he can
see better. Recently the monitor hasn't been
working and he can only see the picture on his
laptop. He would like someone to come look at it
whenever possible.
