Description: Adobe not running on station

We successfully reinstalled Adobe CS5 and Acrobat

CS5 and Adobe Pro successfully installed.  No
errors upon open and updates completed.

Install was partially successful.  Restarted
computer and trying again.

Adobe CS5 suite and Adobe Pro 9 is uninstalled. 
Still needs to be reinstalled (T:\Adobe Creative
Suite\Adobe CS5 Suites\AdobeMasterCollCS5WIN). 
You'll need the install disks from Tricia.

To UCS Service Request:

We are getting the error shown in the screenshot
below when trying to open files with Adobe Acrobat
9 on the instructor's station in ITC 311, computer
WOU number 20120196[Edit Inv].  According to the error
message, the Acrobat software needs to be
uninstalled, then reinstalled.

As a short-term workaround, we are associating PDF
files with Acrobat Reader 11 to at least allow
viewing.

Sarah Alvarado can be a secondary contact for this
request, as I will be out on Monday afternoon
(3/2) and I'll also be out Thursday and Friday
(3/5-3/6).
