It was TS17.wou.edu that was not going passed the 
login screen.  Dave D. rebooted the terminal 
server and it is now working.  I called the user 
and she is back up and running.

She's trying to access the terminal server
(ts.wou.edu) but is just getting a blank blue screen. 

She'll be in the bookstore from 1-5 for someone to
come check it out
