Using terminal server ts.wou.edu

I'm running into some issues trying to launch
Banner. In the past, I have simply logged into the
terminal server and clicked the Banner icon on the
desktop, logged in and it worked great. Now, it
tries to open, but a little "error" pops up in the
window instead. I'm available the rest of today,
anytime tomorrow before 3:00, or anytime Wednesday
