This is a duplicate ticket.  There is an open 
ticket for Filemaker Pro - SR 56113.  Sue 
Thompson has been contacted as she is the 
holder of the FileMaker Pro 12 licenses.  She 
needs to make the okay, but she was looking 
into why James Kelly needed access.  Emailed 
both Carmen (to let her know the status) and 
Sue (to get an update).
