Tricia Flaherty	Mar 03, 2015 12:08 PM	She then brought laptop yesterday morning and since I was the only contact she remembered from before she told them to give me computer, but SR never made a task for it so I emailed her and did not get a response till late yesterday afternoon. She needs a loaner laptop asap with just basic stuff for email web browsing and Office as this is her only computer so please get a MAC loaner until new laptop can be setup and we can attempt to transfer data of old laptop this is having trouble booting. I sent her choices which she wanted to look at over weekend and she wanted laptop back so she came and picked it up. I think John Rushing was involved.	Add Attachment
