Cleared the web cache, prefetch folder and reset 
all her web browsers.  I ran a malware scan and 
it removed over 1400 items. We tested her 
browsers out to see if the popups stopped and we 
did not see any further indications of infections.

She called earlier and said that she got a pop up
when trying to get to her google calendar.  She
said it looked odd and I asked her to restart and
let me know if it continues.  It did.  So she sent
a screen shot of the message that popped up 5
times while we were on the phone.
