functioning.

I was able to get hold of Katie at the Business
office. She informed me that her printer stop
working for days. I did some troubleshooting on
the printer and realize the network card wasn't
giving a flashing light, which indicate the
network card is faulty.I printed the configuration
page from the printer but there was no IP address
indicated on the configuration page.

Katie at the Cashier's office is having trouble 
with her printer. Shes not exactly sure whats 
going on with it, thinks it might have 
something to do with either the power or 
Ethernet cord. Her callback number is 88291.
