I have a copy of the original STATA License document for proof of purchase and the User name according to what Tunde attached looks like Licensed to: University Computing Services Western Oregon University Here is additional details that was on T:DRIVE Serial # 40120507537 Code: a3sg yakn ruvw yyur jc4y h16b Authorization key: uqmh Stata/SE 12 single-user perpetual license it was never registered directly under Peggy's name it looks like from this info. In order to transfer a license/activate it properly, they need the email and password used in the original activation. I have no idea what this is and STATA needs other info to give it to us. STATA needs either the email it was activated with, the activation code, or the sales receipt in order to reset the password that we need to transfer the license. I gave them the activation code a3sg yakn ruvw yyur jc4y h16b under Peggy's name, but STATA said that didn't match their records.	Add Attachment

It should give you info such as the software type, and all of the device information. We need to see if it shows which email/password was used when it was activated.	Add Attachment
