I added the new RAM. The computer picked up the new RAM
immediately upon starting up. To make sure the RAM was
working I tried as hard as I could to use up the memory, from my
testing it could handle a 6,000 page word document, every
program on the computer, 30 IE tabs, and 20 cat videos open on
chrome at the same time, so he should not be having problems
with RAM any more :)

I went and checked his memory so seems like it he is need at
least 16gb ram in order to work on his projects. He had opened
the illustrator, design maker, 10tabs on firefox, 10 tabs on
chrome, excel and word. He will talk to his department and they
will contact trisha to get more memory on his computer.

****This is an email****

Thanks for checking on this. After all the looking
into things, re-installs, reformatting and updates
the issue seems to be most related to system
resources. I usually have multiple browsers, with
multiple tabs open, running along side multiple
high-profile programs open at the same time (adobe
photoshop, illustrator, indesign); if the freezes
are due to a lack of system resources, is there a
way to increase the amount of ram my computer has?
or something of that nature?

I appreciate all the help the techs at UCS have
given me, my experience with them has been great.
I just wish that my computer could keep up! :)

I'm around today until 3pm, if someone was to come
by and check things, before then is good.

Thanks!
Eric

Eric called in letting us know that his Adobe
Illustrator is consistently freezing up. He has
had the computer itself re-imaged, as well as
the program re-installed several days ago. He
would like it looked at anytime after 12:00PM
on Monday (the 16th). His callback number is
89214. This was assigned to Tricia at first
because my red book up here says "anything
software related" under her name. If this is
not the case and needs to be re-assigned please
let me know.
