Printer error code 49.4c02 may be caused due to 
the following:
    * Corrupted or big size print queue
    * Hardware problems
    * Faulty memory storage.

The firmware upgrade on the printer is complete.
Printer is working now.

Bob is not working again.  He is sticker number

The printer "Bob" (HP LJ4350dtn) in the Physical
Plant Planning office is showing an error code of
49.4C02 turn on and off, which I have done several
times and also did a trouble shoot via the control
panel.  Can someone come take at it today if possible.
