Great UCS team, Note, printer (WOU# 20130456)  in
NS 114 is STILL NOT WORKING. I sent in help
request and a UCS tech came out ~10 days ago and A
xerox repair person was suppose to come and
replace the "gears" that skip and make a
TREMENDOUS noise. Please ASAP... this is the 5th
repair call within the last 7 months on this BRAND
NEW $1600 printer/LEMON. thanksphilip

Philip mentioned a second problem: Upon startup,
the printer makes a very loud grinding noise,
which continues at a lesser volume for print jobs.
 This has been occurring for awhile now, but
within the last 3 weeks has significantly
increased in volume.  

He has just replaced the drum cartridge and toner
cartridge.  If possible, he would like a Xerox
tech to look at it, while school is not in session.

Turned off and unplugged the printer.  Restarted.
No error messages, prints okay.

Great Team, WOU # 20130456[Edit Inv] in NS 114 is not
responding. A new cartridge was put in it
recently. thanksphil. Room is available.
