I told Tiffany to give us a call any time she
encounter that problem.

I was able to get hold of Tiffany and check the
issue she is encountering with Microsoft Excel
freezing. She informed me trying to import some
data from banner to excel her spreed sheet just
freeze. But other program works just fine and
restarting the computer resolve the problem. The
cause of the problem could be many processes
running on the system and there isn't sufficient
memory allocated for a certain program that what
cause that to happen. I told her when it happens
again she need to call a tech to see the error
message.

She said that her excel spreadsheets are
constantly freezing. Regardless of how big the
spreadsheets are it's constantly freezing.
