I checked-in with Jan Carlson earlier on - she 
mentioned the machine performance has improved.

I ran the malware cleaner and windows 
updates.Everything looks fine.The user on the 
machine was unavailable.So we couldn't assess 
the machine under her profile.
If the problem should persist we would need to 
re-image the machine.

One of my students who uses 20090944[Edit Inv] says that her
computer is very slow for some reason. She has
shut it down and restarted and it is still slow.
She is starting a project that will be lasting
most of Spring Break week so we really need to get
this problem resolved ASAP.
