The printer was set up, it gives a small dismissable error when 
printing from tray 2 that I wasn't able to fix, but she said she never 
used tray 2 anyhow so I thought it'd be fine as-is.

Shadelle can you create a purchase request for
this, needs a new fuser and rollers. 

part# for rollers is:JC97-02233A (samsung roller,
xerox one doesn't work)

Megan,
My printer is acting up again.  It is not fusing
the toner to the paper evenly again.  I have run
the maintenance to clean the drum and clean the
fuser several times and it improved some but still
not good.  It started to act up when it said the
toner was low.  I put in a new cartridge but that
did not improve the performance.

Any help is appreciated.  I have access to another
printer to use this week if you have to take this
one to the shop.
