Lexie Widmer	Mar 26, 2015 05:13 PM	Called her back. The largest holder of her disk space are videos that she uploads to Google Drive and then deletes on her local disk. A tech should sit down with her and figure out if those videos really are getting deleted or taking up space. According to the disk (Apple -> about this mac -> More Info -> Storage), the videos are not getting deleted or we need to be running a disk optimizer of some sort. I explained to her about the things I did as well as the low disk space. She has not backed up her files in a while. Otherwise, the laptop should be fine. Software Update was completed successfully. Lexie Widmer	Mar 26, 2015 03:14 PM	Reset SMC and killed a process that was taking up 100% of CPU. The computer has been running fine so far. I have tried to get ahold of Gay on her extension and cell, left a VM. I will recommend that she free up more disk space and see how it runs.	Add Attachment
