I ran hardware diagnostics and found the computer to be working 
fine, the only thing left to try is just bringing it back to his office 
and trying again. I left a vm asking him to set up a time we can do 
that.

He also requested some upgrades to his computer and monitor, so I sent him 
this:

Your computer is currently being tested at UCS to see if we can find what's wrong 
with it.

Regarding the computer and monitor replacements you were asking about, 
unfortunately your computer is not up for replacement at this time. If you would 
like a new monitor, your department will need to purchase it by contacting Tricia 
Flaherty at flahert@mail.wou.edu.

When I set up the computer, It ran check disk and found large 
amounts of corrupted space on the hard drive. After running check 
disk the screen went black, and after several restarts it would not 
change. Running some hardware tests now.

John called in to get his H:drive mapped.  When I
went over there, he said that his computer was
retrieved from NPE 115 to troubleshoot a virus and
a loaner was brought over by a tech. The machine
is currently being reimaged on the counter closest
to the back door. It needs to be setup (including
printers, etc.) and delivered back to John.
