I met with Rose Ann and cleared out her browser 
and java cache. So far Banner hasn't froze up yet.

The screen is freezing whenever she is attempting 
to input any information into Banner. She's just 
annoyed by it, and would like it fixed as soon as 
possible. Her callback number is 88184.
