Ruby Tidwell	Apr 01, 2015 04:40 PM	Tested more and figured out that the clicking issue was only happening in her office (for any account) but no where else in any account. Played with accounts and locations, then turned off wireless and was able to work in her office without any issues. Reconnected to wou-secure and encountered no further issues. I left the laptop with her to test. She will get back to us with an update. She still has the loaner	Add Attachment
