Picked up loaner (W# 20100329[Edit Inv] ) and she said her 
macBook is running just fine now.

She has been using her laptop successfully for a 
few days without problems.

I will pick up the loaner after 2:30 today.

Tested more and figured out that the clicking 
issue was only happening in her office (for any 
account) but no where else in any account.

Played with accounts and locations, then turned 
off wireless and was able to work in her office 
without any issues.  Reconnected to wou-secure 
and encountered no further issues.

I left the laptop with her to test.  She will 
get back to us with an update.

She still has the loaner

Miles took her laptop back but it wasn't 
working in her office still.  It worked again 
in our office, so we need to troubleshoot some 
more.

Backed up her data to her flash drive for her 
in case of a reimage.

Mouse click did not work in her office.  Brought
the machine back to our office and mouse click
works.  Left VM need to take laptop back when she
calls and is available.

when she is working on the computer, it freezes
and she can't do anything but restart.  Every time
she has restarted, it still freezes and she can't
get anything done.

She is around most the day.
