ran gpupdate /force, and mapped both her H: and I: drives. I'll 
contact her later today to see if the problem is resolved. (She was in 
a meeting the front desk lady let me in and logged into her 
computer)

Hi UCS Rep,

One of the tech guys came to work on Cheryl's
laptop and she wasn't here so he said he would be
back at 11:30.  I just found out that she is in
training from 11 - 1 so please check after 1 to
see if she is available.

Cheryl is unable to access her I drive on her 
laptop. She is receiving the following error 
message: The operation being requested was not 
performed because the user has not been 
authenticated. I have sent an email reply 
requesting the WOU#.
