Restart the printer and plugged the ethernet cord and 
worked fine

Alcove printer on 2nd floor library says it is
ready and seems fine but whenever anyone prints to
it, the print jobs don't get there.  He has tried
restarting it and nothing changes.  He checked the
students print credits and they have some so he
isn't sure why there is no error and print jobs
are just not getting to it.  If you try a test
page from the printer, it works, but nothing from
the computer side.
