Displayed error that "User intervention" was 
required.  Couldn't see any obvious issues.  
Restarted printer and then was able to print 
successfully.

In ITC 311 Some or all of the computer are 
getting a printing error when trying to print. 
She had a few students call this in so she is 
not sure what computers are showing this error. 
The error says lab.ITC311 in error state
