I've double-checked the two computers on that
service request, it looks like the issue got fixed
with one of them but not the other.

WOU # 20120125[Edit Inv] is good.

WOU # 20120129[Edit Inv] is still having problems with
Windows authentication. It is still saying "This
copy of Windows is not genuine" and needs someone
to plug in an authentication keycode online.

There is class in room NS 204 from 10 AM to 5 PM
on Tuesday, but the room will be open all day Wed
& Friday this week.

The iMac has been setup and delivered to APSC 102.
 It has been installed with Logic Pro and Finale,

Ran updates, added as admin, installed flash, 
java, shockwave, silverlight, sophos, munki, 
chrome, firefox, MSO 2011, Apple Logic Studio, 
Finale 2014c

It was still downloading additional content for 
Logic Pro X when I left today.  When that 
finishes it should be set to return.

Attempts to install using the Midi image have
failed, resulting in a grey screen upon first
boot.  Attempting to perform a clean install.

Hello Kevin,

I am a technician working on the iMac from APSC
102.  Just wanted to give you an update on this
machine.  The "full hard disk" error was due to a
hard drive failure.  Unfortunately, it is unlikely
that data on this disk is recoverable.  We have
contacted Apple Care, who will be sending out
their tech to install a new hard drive.  We will
deliver the iMac as soon as it has been set up
again.  We will restore it as close to original
settings as possible.  Is there anything in
particular that we should take note of in this
process? (ie. Special programs, administrators, etc.)

Repair did not rejoin the two drives.  Contacted
Apple Support. Symptoms show that the main hard
disk has failed.  They will contact Megan to send
out a technician.

The computer's "Fusion" drive has lost its
configuration. The main hard drive is not being
found.  The SSD drive is fine.  May need to call
out an Apple Tech.

Hi,

The following computer in APSC 102 (Midi Lab) will
not boot up after giving the warning that the hard
drive is full:

20140207[Edit Inv]

Can you let me know what has filled up this hard
drive and, if possible, what we can delete from
the drive so that the computer becomes functional
again?
