Tricia Flaherty	Apr 08, 2015 05:55 PM	**This is an email** Melinda, I am going to be putting the set of 8 iPad Minis into a Service Request today and a UCS Tech should be contacting you personally this week to discuss any needed setup, configuration, and security. The WOU administration asks that we perform a due diligence to make sure tablet devices are not walking off and can be accounted for. Part of that is making sure that we discuss the steps to insure that data on the device as well as the devices themselves are setup properly and can be possibly located in the event they go missing. Also the Tech can provide some "best practices for setup and usage of "lab pack" devices so that your students have a consistent working device when they are in use.
