I was able to get hold of Eric and resolve the
problem with his Adobe acrobat not responding. I
resolve the issue by downloading a patch online
and run on the machine. It works just fine.

His Adobe Pro is closing as soon as he opens it. 
He has tried restarting but still same problem. 
He got an update from Adobe and ran it but still
same problem.

He is around most the day minus lunch 12-1 and he
leaves at 3.
