Hi,

I'm getting an error message on the printer in HL
124 (TRC-Spock):  "remove unidentified black ink
stick, slot 4."  Can someone swing by and take
care of this?

Also, we'd like the front printers (HL-Ref and
HL-Ref West) added to the Mac in HL 122: 
WOU#201330151.  It's asking for an administrative
login to add the printers.
