Thanks this is correct. Just want to be sure you
are aware we are on a timeline as I am going to be
out of the office next week on a family emergency
and will need the ipad to communicate with the
office. (The timing of this accident couldn't have
been worse!)

Please could you also copy Darla Campbell on all
emails as she is the person who monitors and
approves any work that needs to be done in the COE.

W#20111108[Edit Inv] warranty ended 6-2014 so no screen
replacement possible unless Department pays full
price of cost

handed task over to Nick to do the iPad data
transfer and sync to newer iPad ... he will
contact Sue Thompson if any Apple Id's are needed
for this process

Her iPad (20111108) got a cracked screen over the
weekend and she was able to get a loaner ipad
(20131092).  She would like to have all the files
transferred over from the broken one to the new
loaner one.  The broken one still works, just very
bad cracked screen.  Ellis suggested you would
know some ideas and how to go about doing this.
