I was able to get hold of Jennifer and help her
resolve the problem she was encountering
connecting to university Wifi. I also map her
network drives everything works just fine.

My colleague Jennifer Keen has a WOU Mac laptop.
We need help with the following two issues:

1. Instead of automatically connecting to WOU
wi-fi, she is prompted to download Cisco and sign
in every time she opens it.

2. Her network drives are not mapped correctly.
Right now, she has other users' drives loaded on
her desktop but not her own.
