Had to reinstall Java 6 (which was already
installed).  Java 7 is incompatible with Chrome,
Java 8 is incompatible with Banner.  She's going
to keep getting warnings to update, and I
recommended she switch to Firefox.  Otherwise,
Banner is working.

She called in stating that she is unable to log
into banner and is unsure if she has Java 7 or 8
installed. She would like someone to come look at
it for her and she will be in her office all day
