I was able to get hold of Cathy, from the trouble
shooting done on her machine. I realize she didn't
have sufficient space where the scanner was
directing her file been save. In so doing I
redirected the scanner to a new location that
enable her save her files. It work just fine.

If you could go help her figure out how to allow
her scanner to work that would be great. It says
the scanner is full so it won't scan any more.
