She is trying to print and gets an error that says
the printer hasn't been installed.  She has had
this problem many times and someone comes and
fixes it and it always ends up coming back.

She is around all day except 12-1 today.

Deleted and readded the printer.  Also
re-downloaded the driver.

Unable to print to the office printer from her 
computer; others in the office are still able 
to print to it. Tried manually inputting 
printer name, still no luck. She'll be in the 
office for the rest of the day, and her 
callback number is 88189.
