more issues.

Talked with Pat - it was working fine when I 
went there, but I encouraged her to note the 
times it is freezing as well as to experiment 
with wifi/ethernet differences.

She tried taking the computer down the hall and it
unfreezes and seems to work fine.  When she walks
back into her room with the computer, it freezes
back up again.

She may not answer her phone but you can come to
her office and if she isn't there, she will have a
note on the door saying where you can find her.

She can't get her password in right now.  When she
had it on earlier, the screen was frozen and the
mouse hardly responded.  She has had a problem
with someone working on it here and it's fine and
then back to her office and still having issues. 
When she tries to restart it manually, it doesn't
respond.  She holds the power button for 10seconds
and still nothing.

She is around today most the day.
