Just responding back that Judy Borgen and Patti
Warkentin both report they are showing zero print
credits when they check their balances, but both
say they¿ve printed very little if at all the past
several months.  Thanks for working on this- it
looks like my account is showing my credits now.

Called Adria and gave her an update.  She will 
email with more info about her colleagues' status.

Adria did have print credits that didn't transfer 
from Krusty - Megan will transfer them over to 
Hood

They can always purchase print credits it they
need to be printing to student labs

Her print credit balance was 0, but she hasn't 
been printing, so she would like someone to 
check that it is being updated each term.

She was also connected through Krusty, so we 
moved her over to Hood.  However, we were still 
not able to print since she has no print 
credits.

She will ask the other two about connecting 
through Hood and to check their print credits 
when they return on Monday

Hello- A few faculty/staff (Patti Warkentin, Judy
Borgen, and myself) have tried printing to the
color printer in MNB 223 this week and have been
unable to, but students don¿t seem to be having a
problem as far as I know.  I¿ve checked my account
balance (gredviga) and it shows I still have
plenty of credits, so I¿m wondering if there¿s any
other reason we could be having trouble?  (I¿ve
not yet asked Judy and Patti to check their
balances.)  I did notice that the printer was
moved over from Krusty to Hood a while ago, but
I¿m not sure if that¿s when the problem started
since I rarely print to that printer.  The printer
ID is 20140013[Edit Inv].
