Hello Patrick,

I have been looking into the issue that came up
with getting your license of Adobe Creative Cloud
to "serialize" on your student
workstation(W#20100804).
It appears that the new version of Acrobat(now
called Acrobat DC) is not compatible with the
serialization file that we were using so I have
had to create a new one for Acrobat DC
specifically. I have tested it on a workstation
in our office and have gotten it to take the
Acrobat DC out of trial mode and would like to
arrange a time when we could get back to the
workstation to try it there so it will no longer
be an issue. Let me know what time works best
for you or your student worker, or if their is
other staff that can let us into the location.

The station is in the back left once you enter the
room. The specific symptom is that a trial/buy or
activate window pops up in Adobe Acrobat DC.

I had a Adobe cloud based software suite added
to a computer (#20100804) at the beginning of
this month. The UCS tech added it and said that
it was a trial license that lasted a year
however, I am currently getting a warning that
the trial will expire in 20 days from today.
Please remedy as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Pat
