Ran Malware bytes had a bunch of malware.  After
clean up PC seems to be running better. I told
Margaret that if they have any more issues to call
us and we would more than likely have to re-image.

Computer will start running programs that she
doesn't run and then it will freeze up the
computer and she has to use task manager to exit
out.  Se said it can be any random software that
gives the problem.

in if she isn't there.
