Scanner had a piece of tape that guides the paper
for the feeder pulling up.  This was causing the
paper to snag.  Cut the snag off, the scanner is
now feeding paper without issue.

She called in stating that her scanner in her
office is ripping the top of the paper when
putting it in the feeder and it is causing
jamming. She would like someone to stop by
whenever possible.
