Jan and Scott:

I just delivered the computer back to Lexi.  She
tested the procedure for running the report from
Viking and having Excel launch.  For this first
"test", the process seemed to work as expected.  I
suggested that she might want to log future events
if this process does not work as intended, then
communicate as appropriate with you.  Of course,
my suggestions should be superseded by any
instructions either of you may have.

I am closing this task as "complete".

Removed Norton Product Installer.  This was
localized to Ranjit's user profile.  I also
deleted his user profile.

Did several troubleshoot on the system and it
worked.I was able to re-image the system and it
had been deliver to the user. Tested the system
upon completion, it works just fine.

ISSUE:
What's happening is more than a botched profile. 
 Even after Dyl came and blew away old User
Profile.  Lexi's Excel opening files rate is below
30%; not 0% but effectively crippled.

BACKGROUND:
Note:  WOU# 20130879[Edit Inv] is the one of two PC recently
GFA'd for Gift Processing.  Upon after initial
delivery, Lexi's PC was the one that was "set-up"
when Raina's (the PC with no issues) was the PC
you had to image afterwards.  Lexi's PC has been a
problem since day one. Lexi has moved to Raina's
PC as a test and Excel consistently opens files 100%. 

REQUEST:
Please re-image this PC.  WOU# 20130879[Edit Inv]

USER'S SCHEDULE:
Lexi works between 8am-10am Monday-Friday

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) Two Dell computers and monitors need to 
be setup and delivered to the Gift Processing Student Station in COT 
203. The WOU #s of the new computers are 20130879[Edit Inv] and 
20130880[Edit Inv]. The WOU #s of the new monitors are 20111074[Edit Inv] and 
20111075[Edit Inv]. The WOU #s of the old computers are 20090943[Edit Inv] and 
20090944[Edit Inv]. The old monitors (W# 20090989[Edit Inv] and 20090990) will be 
kept for a dual display setup. The new equipment is on the GFA 
shelf in the hallway.
